Psychology in Islamic Thought Seminar Series Started
The seminar series aims to delve into the origins of the science of psychology, which is referred to as ilmu'n-nafs in the tradition of Islamic thought, and to address it in all its aspects.

The seminar series on Psychology in Islamic Thought, organized jointly by Ibn Haldun University and the Association for Research in Psychology and Psychotherapy, has started. On Thursday, March 7, at the seminar held at Istanbul University Prof. Dr. Fuat Sezgin Congress and Culture Center, Dr. Taha Burak Toprak, a faculty member of the Department of Psychology, presented "Psychology in Islamic Thought: Basic Questions and Basic Debates" at the opening seminar. The first seminar of the Psychology in Islamic Thought seminar series, which focused on the basic questions and basic areas of discussion that will allow us to think together the possibilities of psychology and modern psychology in Islamic thought, ended with Dr. Taha Burak Toprak's book signing.
